Client and project records (site plans, contracts, invoices): retained for a minimum of 6 years after project completion, in line with standard Nigerian record-keeping requirements
Remote monitoring data: retained for the duration of your monitoring subscription plus 12 months, unless you request earlier deletion
Job applications (unsuccessful candidates): retained for 12 months
